If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase, we are delighted to offer an exchange or refund.
Simply send us an email at pomelojewelry@gmail.com to inform us of your intention to return or exchange the product, and we will provide you with the delivery address.
You have 14 calendar days from the day of delivery to send back the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is due to reasons attributable to Pomelo Jewelry (defective product or not matching the purchased reference), we will exchange the item and cover the associated return costs. If the return is for reasons not attributable to Pomelo Jewelry, the customer will be responsible for the return costs.

Upon receiving your item, we will promptly inspect it and notify you of the status.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow approximately 7-10 days from the return processing date to receive the credit, depending on your card issuer's policy.
